Hello. My name is Liz and I am a runner and a coach.
As a competitive runner for nearly two decades, I have always had a passion for all things running and have competed in track, road, trail, cross country and ultra events.
Through my own running journey and the expertise I have gained through coaching, I aim to help and inspire runners to improve and be the best runner they can be.
I offer a friendly and approachable coaching service and am always there to answer questions and provide advice to the runners I coach. Whether you work with me in person or online, I offer a professional but friendly and personalised service. If you are prepared to put the work in, I will provide you with expert knowledge, accountability and support to help you achieve your goals.
I am a qualified England Athletics Endurance Coach and UESCA Ultra Running Coach. I am also a qualified Personal Trainer and Sports Conditioning Coach and a Certified Running Technique Specialist.
I work with all levels of runner from complete beginner to experienced athlete covering distances from 5k to ultra marathon.
