It’s been a relatively busy month on the racing calendar for August and my coached athletes have come home with some outstanding results.

Jordan took 6 mins off his PB to run 1hr 35 at the Canterbury half marathon which is a notoriously tough hilly course.

Andy completed the 130 mile Liverpool to Leeds canal race finishing in a time of 29 hours 10 mins for 4th position. Having also completed the other two canal races in the series, Andy finished 2nd overall in the series
