I offer coached running sessions for individuals or small groups and am qualified as a Certified Running Technique Specialist with the Movement and Running School.
If you need help with your running technique or have been struggling with injuries, I offer movement and strength coaching tailored to your individual needs.
I also offer one off or blocks of sessions to work on any aspect of your running that you need help with. This could include developing speed, running hills more effectively, trail running or strength and conditioning.

1-2-1 or Small Group Running Coaching
£50/hour
Duration: 60 minutes
These sessions are ideal if you would like to work on specific elements of your running such as technique, speed or hills.
The sessions will be designed specifically for you so please contact me to discuss your requirements.
These sessions can be booked as one off sessions or a block of sessions.
