I offer 1-2-1 or small group in person coaching and am qualified as a Certified Running Technique Specialist with the Movement and Running School.
If you need help with your running technique or have been struggling with injuries, I offer movement and strength coaching tailored to your individual needs.
I also offer one off or blocks of sessions to work on any aspect of your running that you need help with. This could include developing speed, running hills more effectively, trail running or strength and conditioning.

Running MOT – £60.00
Duration: 90 mins
Whether you are a new or a seasoned runner, a Running MOT can set you on the road to success. Running is a very repetitive movement meaning that our running mechanics and the way we move is very important. Poor movement patterns can lead to inefficiencies affecting performance and often leading to injury.
This session is 90 mins long and includes a functional movement assessment and video analysis of your running. The functional movement assessment is used to assess your mobility and strength. It will identify any weaknesses or imbalances you have that could be leading to injuries or inefficiencies in your running.
The second part of the session involves a video assessment of your running. By the end of the session, you will have a clear understanding of any weaknesses, imbalances or inefficiencies you have and the best way to go about improving them.

These sessions are ideal if you would like to work on specific elements of your running such as technique, speed or hills.
The sessions will be designed specifically for you so please contact me to discuss your requirements.
These sessions can be booked as one off sessions or a block of sessions.
