I specialise in providing effective sports massage therapy tailored specifically for runners.  My goal is to help you enhance your performance, prevent injuries, and promote recovery.  I offer a mobile service, so you can enjoy a sports massage in the comfort of your own home at a time that is convenient to you.  I am based in Charing, Kent so cover Charing and surrounding villages aswell as Ashford and Faversham.

I am a fully qualified and insured sports massage therapist as well as being a runner and coach.  I have firsthand experience with the physical demands and challenges of running which allows me to tailor each session to meet your specific needs.  I can offer treatment and support for running injuries aswell as providing guidance on running technique and strength and conditioning to improve your performance and recovery.
