I contacted Liz for help at the beginning of the year. After 18 months struggling with knee injuries, it became apparent that to get back to consistent running, I needed a structured plan incorporating not only running, but conditioning/ gym work and yoga as well. Liz was excellent, she prepared a program which slowly increased in intensity per week. Any queries/ questions I had with the training, were quickly answered via e mail or if required on the weekly call.

10 weeks in , a 47 min 10k and a 1 hour 52 min half marathon. I can therefore highly recommend Liz, in achieving your running goals.
