As a runner and a coach, I understand the importantance of recovery which led me to qualify as a sports massage therapist.  I offer a mobile service in Charing and the surrounding villages.

I saw Liz originally for a niggle in my heel/achilles caused from running.
I ended up having a full leg massage including my feet which felt so good!
She managed to ease off any tension I had.
A few areas which were a little tight are now feeling great 👍🏼 highly recommended especially to help with any runners

As a qualified level 4 sports massage therapist, I combine hands on massage treatment with advanced knowledge of biomechanics, injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Your session begins with a short consultation to understand how you’re feeling and what you’d like to achieve. From there, your treatment will be tailored to your needs and comfort level.

You’ll always be made to feel at ease, with clear communication and professional care throughout.

After your massage, you’ll receive advice on stretches or self-care if appropriate, helping you get the most from your treatment.
